[Tsung] question about the tsung.xml

I am a chinese girl, at present I am using the Tsung to test the the system,I have a doubt in tsung.xml,the think time tag,where has a radom="true",what's meaning about this ?Does it means the script execute the thinktime random?I want to know the random thinktime can change between two digitals everytime .Thanks
