[Tsung] Some questions on the simulated users in report and tsung.xml

It seems like max_number was the issue. The previous configuration failed
because of server ulimit -n. Forgive me for that.

Afterward, I tried for 10k users, it still stuck at 9k.
Using the same configuration I removed the max_number only than can achieve
10k users simultaneously within certain period.

But tsung gave Cant start new beam. I think that was acceptable because
tsung had reached 10k maxusers.

Is this a good way on doing that? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank
you in  advance.
