[Tsung] Question on finish users count and user count on reports

Greetings, 
i have some parts on the reports which i do not understand and i need some advice.

My report for the counter statics are below:
 
Name                       Highest Rate       Total Number
finish_users_count        2.4 / sec             475
users_count                 5.9 / sec             475
 
My 1st question is:

The total number of finish_users_count & users_count is it refering to the total number of users during the test? If it is, how about the second table which states 468 users during the test?

Name                    Max
connected               383
users                     468

My second questions is:
What does this table represents? Is 383 the total number of user connected  and total 468 the number of users simulated during the test?

Actually i confused as i do not know if the 2 tables are refering to the total number of users simulated. Please advise
