[Tsung] Plugin tutorial

Hello,

This is a simple tutorial for writing a tcp based plugin for tsung. Caveat emptor: it also represents my first working tsung plugin. At this juncture it does not discuss dynamic parameters nor how to write a recorder. Comments, corrections welcome.
