[Tsung] tsung 1.2.1 and gnuplot 4.2

Hi everyone,

I'm having troubles generating the graphs with tsung_stats.pl, and I'm hoping someone can help me out. I noticed there was another thread with a similar subject in the June 2006 archives, but my situation is different (probably an environment issue, I'm a newbie)

output from running tsung_stats.pl looks like:
<path>/tsung_stats.pl
No data for Match
No data for Event
No data for Errors

But no .png files get created in the images directory (.ps files are generated). The gnuplot.log file contains:
....
gnuplot: unable to open display ''
gnuplot: X11 aborted.
....

At this point it looks like a X problem (I am issuing these commands on a remote machine running Solaris 10). I am running X Server on Windows XP locally, so I did a little test to validate X is running correctly.
> gnuplot
gnuplot>
gnuplot> plot sin(x)

The graphic appeared - so outside the tsung_stats.pl script gnuplot with X server works. But using the tsung_stats.pl script, I get that message in the gnuplot.log file and it won't gen the .png files.

Any ideas? Sorry if this question is more a Solaris/perl/env troubleshooting question vs. Tsung. But again, I'm a newbie, in addition to perl, so I'm kinda at a loss on where to start looking.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Drew
