No, Tsung is using the local SSH implementation to start a slave.
Usually, when those problem arise, it usually means that the network  
is strangely configured.
Tsung is trying to use a host name taken from the host file, which is  
not the one it should use.
You should look at your /etc/hosts file and see if it is ok. (order  
of the lines matter).
