[Tsung] subtle bug in the dynamic substitutions documentation

Hi,
i think that there is a subtle bug in the dynamic
substitutions section of the user manual. 
The returned string from the erlang function 
shouldn't be xml-escaped,so instead of returning 

"username=" ++ Username ++"&passwd=" ++ Passwd

the function should return

"username=" ++ Username ++"&passwd=" ++ Passwd
