I think the best is probably to install everything from source.
Debian is a good choice if you want compiled versions.

We did not even know about Sing Tsung.
I have worked on some scenarii generator which are probably a more  
powerfull approach (That we will probably release at Process-one in a  
close future.

Regarding plugins, there is a forum available:
http://www.process-one.net/en/forum/viewforum/4/

It is intended to become the best source of plugins (For now only a  
tutorial).

Which forum are you refering too and what is the description of your

Yes. Process-one is offering support, expertise and
I think we are the reference company on this tool since we participate  
to the development, are using it since 2000 (at a time when it was  
supported by IDEALX, before support was transferred to Process-one)  
and have made tens of benchmark for large companies.
