[Tsung] Running Tsung on Windows

The manual says it should work on those platform but you need:
- To know how to compile it manually on windows or to install Cygwin,
- You probably need to replace or test the shell script under cygwin  
to control Tsung.
- You probably need to run everything inside the same VM or mess up  
with SSHd to know how to configure it properly on Windows to be able  
to start the slave Erlang nodes (not trivial).

So, you could go in this direction if you want as the Erlang code  
probably work correctly on Windows. The problem is more about the  
packaging. Some have managed to make it work but it is really a pain  
and that's why it is not supported.
